EXPLIPRO ACADEMY STRENGHT DEPLOYMENT INVENTORY

October Explipro Acedemy was held by our very own Daniel Lindgren who made great use of his certification in TotalSDI (Strenght Deployment Inventory). After preparing beforehand by analyzing your own strengths and weaknesses it was interesting to understand how to handle with these in daily life and work situations. Group conversation about each other’s strengths also made it easier to grasp how people view you and what you can develop from this. How to not overdo strengths was also an eye-opening perspective that Daniel explained. Everyone seemed to bring something out of the evening and talking in groups was seen as a great way to gain new insights about the topic.
